IDreamal Dezignz does not accept returns or exchanges on earrings, but if the items are damaged due to a defect in the design, we will replace it once we are contacted within two weeks of purchase. SHIPMENTS
Polymer Clay earrings are handmade to order, so please allow 2 to 5 business days to create and post your order. If you would like your earring any sooner, please send us a message and we will respond accordingly.
